Diagnose

We look before we prescribe. Every engagement starts with an honest read of people, policies and procedures, and property. The 3 Ps, in that order.

You get a one-page scope note before any work starts. What we'll do, what you'll get, by when. No surprises later.

Fix in phases

Work is phased with measurable targets agreed up front, so you can stop, continue or expand at each stage on evidence.

Report plainly

Every month, a short written summary of what was done, what it changed and what comes next. Readable in five minutes.

We stay deliberately small. When a project needs a specialist, a chef-consultant, a designer, a finance lead, we bring in senior people we already work with under standing agreements. You get the right expertise for the job without agency overheads.

Aponic Solutions is led by Ashley Poulter, a hospitality operator with more than twenty years across South Africa, London, Zanzibar, Kuwait and the UAE, from fine dining floors to group operations leadership.

Recent work includes the operational turnaround of a four-branch Dubai restaurant group with a team of around 170, and a multi-volume operations manuals framework now used as the backbone of our SOP work.

Every engagement is delivered or directly overseen by the founder. You will never be handed to a junior.
